Limeboard Sales Conditions

These Sales Conditions govern the sale of Limeboard by Swarn SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law, company number 0770.280.265, VAT BE0770280265, at Boulevard Saint-Lazare 4/10, 1210 Brussels, Belgium, contactable at info@citronics.eu. Citronics is a registered trade mark of Swarn SRL, no. 1502985. References to "Citronics" in these conditions mean Swarn SRL.

1. Intended Use

Limeboard is a professional evaluation and development product, intended solely for engineering, testing, and development purposes. It is not certified and not intended for production deployment. The customer assumes full responsibility for final product design, system integration, validation, regulatory compliance, and certification.

Limeboard is a custom-built evaluation kit destined for professionals, to be used for research and development purposes, in accordance with the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU. Guidance is published by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/docsroom/documents/33162. The customer undertakes to use Limeboard on that basis. Citronics supplies deployment ready hardware under separate conditions. Write to info@citronics.eu.

2. Product Composition and Software

Limeboard consists of hardware and reference software provided exclusively to support hardware evaluation and development. Reference software is derived from open-source software. Source code and reference images are made available via Citronics' public repositories at https://github.com/Citronics. Use of reference software is governed by the applicable open-source licenses.

3. Software Disclaimer

Reference software is provided "as-is", without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, reliability, availability, absence of defects, or fitness for any particular or production purpose. Citronics has no obligation to provide updates, fixes, maintenance, or support.

4. Hardware Warranty

Citronics warrants the hardware solely against manufacturing defects for twenty four (24) months from delivery. Citronics will repair the product, replace it, or refund the price paid. This warranty excludes damage arising from misuse, modification, operation outside specifications, or third-party integration.

Before returning any product the customer requests a return authorization at info@citronics.eu, describing the defect. Authorized returns travel at Citronics' cost where the defect is confirmed.

5. Conformity and Acceptance

Hardware conformity is limited to conformity with the published Limeboard hardware validation scope and the published technical description. 6. Returns

The customer may return Limeboard within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason, provided it is complete and undamaged. Write to info@citronics.eu within that period to arrange it. Return carriage is at the customer's cost. Citronics refunds the price paid, and the original delivery cost, within fourteen (14) days of the product being received back.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citronics' total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Citronics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, business interruption, integration failure, delay, or certification outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

Limeboard hardware, documentation, and associated assembly or integration techniques are protected by intellectual property rights, including patent pending protection. No license is granted except for use of the product for its intended evaluation purpose. Reverse engineering, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited without prior written authorization.

9. Governing Law

These Sales Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the courts of Nivelles, Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory rule of law that entitles the customer to bring proceedings before another court.
